    Listen to the district office staff and be willing to think and ACT outside the box.

    There is a satisfaction that you are helping others and doing good Company is in close contact with families helped and there are opportunities to meet them

    Cons

    Long hours Travel Little recognition for good job and quick to point out faults High stress Heavy amount of emails and deadlines Low morale There is a lot to get done and it is all equal priority

    Advice to Management

    Be clear with employees about what needs to get done and what is a priority. Offer aid to district offices that need help with work load. Work on employee morale, employees feel overworked and under appreciated.
