    Helping those battling neuromuscular diseases by providing services.

    Constant pressure to raise more and more revenue using models that are clearly not working.

    Pros

    There is a satisfaction that you are helping others and doing good
    Company is in close contact with families helped and there are opportunities to meet them

    Long hours
    Travel
    Little recognition for good job and quick to point out faults
    High stress
    Heavy amount of emails and deadlines
    Low morale
    There is a lot to get done and it is all equal priority

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be clear with employees about what needs to get done and what is a priority. Offer aid to district offices that need help with work load. Work on employee morale, employees feel overworked and under appreciated.
