Current Employee – been working at Mustang Engineering full-time for more than a year

Pros – Flexible schedule and work environment. Friendly people and upbeat atmosphere. Positive client relationships make it a low stress environment.

Cons – Lower pay rates than some of the other EPC's in town. Currently going through organizaitonal change and the long term strategy is not always clearly communicated through the ranks.

Advice to Senior Management – Engage the troops on the project teams more. There is a clear line between the project teams and the corporate overhead staff.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
