Pros

State of the art opportunity to help patients.

Cons

It is a good ol boy community. Sadly, have seen management break employee handbook regulations with no reprimand as long as sales are there.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

No need to offer advice, they would not give it any consideration anyway.

The pay is great, management not so much...

    Pros

The compensation and benefits offered at this company were terrific, especially for Salt Lake City. In a city with average low salaries, Myriad Genetics is a breath of fresh air. Time off was always granted for certain circumstances. Generally the people working here are fun and enjoyable people.

    Cons

Management is horrible. Despite reporting record profits each year with the sound of a trump, there minimal, if any, raises or promotions within. The management never awards the hard working people, but always the brown-nosers that don't do much of anything. Teamwork is a must, but almost always, somebody drops the ball.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Award the hard workers. Take a close look at those in leadership positions and evaluate them based on their work quality. You will find that the majority of management is poor and unqualified personnel. Make those who make you rich happy, and they will be happy to work for you. Work morale is horrible and many people dread coming to work and dealing with their supervisors.
