Went from good to bad in less than 6 months.

ProsThe pay is good and co-workers were great. The actual work is great for the pay.

ConsUpper management is very unprofessional and retaliates against employee for being truthful. Company does not have an unbiased HR Department. There is no accountability for upper management.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe as professional as you want your employees to be. No discrimination. Be able to accept constructive criticism.
