Current Employee – been working at NAB

Pros – Flrxible work opportunities, good staff benefits, nice culture, national company with room for personal growth, promotion of diversity agenda, customers

Cons – Freeze on replacing fte has put strain on the business. Pay rates freeze is hurting staff, STI bonus is too subjective and targets are not properly defined, IT systems need improvement, too many layers of middle managements

Advice to Senior Management – Need to look at renumeration at all levels in the bank - group Ecco has had massive increases whilst group 3/4 employees have been frozen for the last 4 years,.
