Awesome Construction Company!

Journeyman Carpenter (Former Employee) Timmins, ON (Canada)

ProsAwesome salary (80-90K+ a year), Complete equipment, Approachable Crew, Safety First,

ConsPoor Work Conditions, Management disregards workers party (only management invited), Bed bugs in the dorms, poor planning for camp work (dorms were far away from kitchen - about 3km walk everyday one way),

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain good workers. Especially to grow from within.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

There ideas… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
