Pros – Strong history of promoting from within. For those who are competitive in nature and focus on winning while upholding their integrity, NAPA is the place to be.
Cons – Tends to be a field vs. headquarters mentality. Systems are outdated. Tend to hold on to underperformers based on loyalty alone. Creates resentment in some areas.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't worry if the other "retailers" beat you at retail, serve the wholesale customer like only you can and the long term success will continue to be yours.
