Great Experience

ProsSenior leadership is great. The company has really listened to its employess and made changes to increase retention. Leadership creates an open environment that makes it easy to communicate issues and get quick solutions and direction.

ConsIt's a traveling business, so there's a high probability you will have to travel. Pay isn't so great for new low and middle managers. You have to pay your dues to get raises. It's hard to maintain a family life with the schedule.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure your low level coordinators and managers are not getting burned out with travel.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
