Pros

Too many to list, understanding boss, great co-workers, never a dull moment in the job you stay active and makes the shift fly by.

Cons

At the time, it was split shift, so you either had to work 5am to 9am or 4pm to 7pm, there was little room for more hours.

    Pros

Dynamic, engaging environment with incredibly smart people. Rapidly evolving industry requires innovation, quicking thinking and partnership. Potential for closer work with Nokia to address market challenges. Great global opportunities. Fun, exciting team in great downtown location.

    Cons

Time of transition with closer integration to Nokia parent. Unclear roles for NAVTEQ advancement in new organization. NAVTEQ has been "on hold" in key areas for sometime as Nokia has worked to determined alignment across other resources and this has been frustrating and draining for organization.

    Advice to Management

Leverage the extensive talent at NAVTEQ in broader roles within new unit. Move quickly, preserving NAVTEQ role/approach across industry. Act quickly as the organization has already lost too much time.
