Tough to move up

I worked at NBCUniversal

ProsIf you go in at a more senior level, it's quite easy to advance. However, if you're at a more junior level there is little room for upward mobility since it is such a large company.

ConsYou feel like just a number and a cog in the wheel.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement caters to the higher ups and constantly looks over those with lesser titles who are instrumental to operations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Very positive and I would like to continue to work with the company.

Pros: Friendly staff with no negative attitudes. Very helpful when training me… Cons: Usually very quiet around the office because everyone is hard at work-I expected it to be a little… Advice to Senior Management: The offices should be more integrated with a constant flow of communication between departments. It doesn't matter if one department doesn't directly… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
