Approves of CEO

I have been working at NBCUniversal as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

the employees are good people and are fun to work with. the executives are always willing to help and guide you whichever way they can

Cons

although the company culture is great, they don't offer any pay. also there is no guarantee that you will be hired after completion of your internship.

Advice to Management

please pay your interns

    Pros

Fun to work in 30 Rock Great supervisors Many facilities being updated and renovated

    Cons

Terrible pay and not many raises Company pride is forced and overdone Talent is paid far too much compared to production staff for the amount of work done by both Not much room for advancement (to be expected) Most of HR is like a high school clique - immature and not very helpful

    Advice to Management

Pay your production staff more, pay talent less, ring in HR

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

If you go in at a more senior level, it's quite easy to advance. However, if you're at a more junior level there is little room for upward mobility since it is such a large company.

    Cons

You feel like just a number and a cog in the wheel.

    Advice to Management

Management caters to the higher ups and constantly looks over those with lesser titles who are instrumental to operations.
