I have been working at NBCUniversal as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Although very corporate (like all large companies), NBCUniversal is a great place to work. They really make an effort to take care of their employees and make sure they're getting the best out of their experience. Plus, it's fun.

    Cons

Very corporate, meaning you need a badge to get into bathrooms and everything. Honestly, however, this is expected in the entertainment industry as everything is relatively private.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    New comissary would be great!

I have been working at NBCUniversal full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I like the product, and the hours aren't crazy

    Cons

Micromanagement, low budget for my division, limited opportunities for advancement, cronyism way more important than ability or contribution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a little objective and don't blame the messenger
