    Pros

    - A wonderful project to be working on (Olympic Games). - Truly professional spirit from start to finish - Dedicated, hard-working and interesting people to work with - Good package and benefits - Free food 24/7!

    Cons

    - Senior management treated like gods - Some unclear reporting lines and direction from "on-high" - Not a lot of support for an outsourced team

    Advice to Management

Try and narrow the gap between your top execs and the rank and file - make them more approachable and less stuffy.
