Pros

Responsive staff with knowledge and helpful advice. Fun events that you create. Meet new people every event. Host advanced screenings of upcoming movies. Extra merchandise and posters to handout and keep yourself. Decent chunk of change for an internship

Cons

Stipend pay of 500 dollars for gas and such - included in monthly pay, but rarely needed. Call theaters and setup screenings.

    Pros

Great opportunities to move around within the company

    Cons

HR is NOT organized at all. Poor communication with employees.

    Advice to Management

Communication is KEY. Talk to your direct reports. One instance of insecurity about their job (in my instance, a few executives leaving the company) could be eliminated if you talk to them. The job market can be tough and it could give them one less thing to worry about!
