I worked at NBCUniversal as an intern

    Pros

The experience is great for those who are interested in television. You get a lot of access to TV Shows/Control Room/Audio Suites. Close relationships with manager and supervisors. HR is REALLY easy to work with at NBC Philadelphia.

    Cons

Not a ton of work for interns. You will often get bored and probably have to do some menial tasks. Don't blame the company, every job is unionized which prevents interns from doing any hands on production work

  2.

Many internal changes while searching for an effective business model
