The departments can be very disjointed and the page program doesn't feel like it is really a part of the company.

Page (Current Employee)
Los Angeles, CA

I have been working at NBCUniversal as a contractor for less than a year

ProsIn the page program there is great opportunity, but you must create those opportunities for yourself.

ConsThe company really does not assist the pages, once you're in the program you're really on your own.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake advantage of the recruitment of the page program. There are great candidates already working for NBCUniversal, make them feel more like they're a part of the program. This especially should be a shout out to HR.

Cool place to work, but compensation is lacking.

Web Designer (Current Employee)
New York, NY

I have been working at NBCUniversal full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: You get to watch the SNL and Late Night rehearsals… Cons: Compensation is less than standard, evidently. The same goes for… Advice to Senior Management: More opportunities for advancement would be nice, as well as… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
