    In NBCUniversal, we have a team of 17 people, friendly and willing to help each other, relax and comfort work environment.

    Cons

    Since the web system we worked on is a system been worked on for quite a long time, many other people had worked on and left the company, not easy to maintain.

    Let all the team member participate on the project development start from the design phase.

    You are apart of a conglomerate and corporation the truly feels it's on their way to being the best media company in the world.

    Cons

    Very hard to get the ball rolling on a company so huge.

    Communicate more to your teams via email. NBC News Group does this the best, specifically Pat Fili and Deborah Turness.
