ProsGreat opportunity to develop in the media industry. Learn sales techniques in the distribution of informational content such as news and entertainment.

ConsMultiple business groups make it difficult to identify project ownership. Poor transparency within the business. Leadership development programs being modified due to business re-org ie. GE/Comcast deal.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in leadership training programs and courses.

Lots of work with little appreciation

Pros: Its great to have NBCU on your resume. They have great benefits packages (especially pension if you stay long enough to get vested).… Cons: You tend to be a cog in the wheel here.
