    Pros

Great company with great benefits, company matched 401K contributions up to 8%!!

    Cons

Poor management in local branch, salary

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire good managers, don't promote tenured employees just bc they have been with the company for a long time. Not all people are good management material.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
