Current Employee – been working at NCI Information Systems

Pros – Good benefits
Good pay depending on the contract you are assigned to
Technical support at corporate site is top notch
Lots of intelligent personnel to lean on

Cons – As with any company that relies on government contracts, once the contract ends and/or gets awarded to the next company, you have to accept the new company's offer or move on.

The reason some people complain about inconsistent pay is that everyone's pay is based on the contract you are assigned to.

Advice to Senior Management – Considering the current environment we work in, the management is doing as good a job as can be expected. The government is squeezing every penny they can out of their contractors and it hurts companies that pride themselves on customer service over cost.
