NCL – “NCL - Shipboard”
Pros
Ability to travel. Salary was all inclusive - did not pay rent, food, uniforms. Accomodation provided.
Cons
Long hours - up to 16 hours a day. Not too much time to enjoy ports of call.
Advice to Senior Management
Give more positive feedback to staff. Promote from within. Have empathy for the staff as well.
