    Pros

    Excellent Medical & Health Benefits Package for Exempt Staff.
    Tenured Customer Service Agents were a Great Group to Work With.

    Cons

    Exempt Staff Receive "Hourly" Pay but are Not Eligible to be paid @ Overtime Rate. (This Can't Be Legal).
    No Professionalism in Senior Management Group.

    Advice to Management

    Familiarity with Day to Day Jobs of Customer Service Reps. in order to Lead By Example.
    Need More Product Knowledge.
