Advice to Senior Management

Profits don't always take care of customers..people do. Understand the market trends and listen to the frontliners, instead of yourselves (pssst, you don't know as much as you think you do). Everyone of you needs to spend time in the field, get off the PC stop checking your stock portfolio and learn why we are doing so poor. Instead of pension's, theres more to it trust me.
