Cons

The company is as boring as the city where its headquarters is located. Stodgy, hide bound, exceptionally bureaucratic. It promotes people into management who are incompetent good ole boys. I actually worked there many years before 2007 (the Glass W. program gave me no other choices), and I am amazed to see similar comments being made in more recent reviews. No advanced technology has come out of this company since it built its first cash register back in the 19th Century. I don't know how it survives.

Advice to Senior Management

Resign and hand the company over to Samsung.
