Pros

You get to work on software that is used by the biggies in the industry.

Cons

You have to be in the city of the development centers that the company is currently concentrating on to get work on the best ventures that the company is getting into.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a lot of wasted talent in centers other than the ones you are concentrating on. Find out a way to utilize it. They are currently put in programs where you do not have too much R&D money. This is an age of maximizing your human capital, don't let it be wasted or worse case lost to competitors.

    Decent pay. Provides company training and company vehicle.

    Not enough field technicians to cover service area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire enough service technicians to keep hours at 60 - 70 per week and 12 hour days.
