    Pros

    Decent pay. Provides company training and company vehicle.

    Cons

    Not enough field technicians to cover service area.

    Advice to Management

    Hire enough service technicians to keep hours at 60 - 70 per week and 12 hour days.

    Pros

    Still one of the biggest Self Service companies in the world with excellent devices. There are incredibly hard working and dedicated individuals there.

    Cons

    Severe disconnects between Senior Management and Operations. Top Mgt seem to have allowed and continue to allow bully tactics paying little attention to time spent hiring, developing and watching good people leave.

    Advice to Management

    Take some action and clear out those that have been in place too long who have no motivation to work differently. Former employees talk and often have similar recollections of how things did not work at NCR. Do something about the 'small town chatter' and 'idle jabber'.
