Pros

It is a rewarding company to wrok for as far as seeing the fruits of your labor being put to use in the real world.

Cons

Underpaid and over worrked , Under appreciated for amount of worked performed. very lillt minority hiring and promotions

Advice to Senior Management

Perform survey of employees on Middle Management.
