Self serve learning and training. Only peer technicians have a clue

    Stable company, Fair Salary & Benefits, Training, Changing for the better, Flexibility, CEO who communicates a clear vision to the company

    Managers and employees with "old school" mindset, lack of synergy between LoBs, Promotes and sells innovative products and services while some of the internal tools and processes operate as if it's 1990.

    Change is inevitable...Embrace it. Provide employees with better tools to do their jobs more efficiently. Listen.

    you can get cert training to improve your resume

    Cons

    never get away from the job. can still get welfare with pay from NCR. mgt not trained properly trained. 7-9 day work weeks. OT to only the favored techs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    listen to CE's they are the heart of the company. They have to face the customer everyday and if they aren't happy they customer wont be happy
