I have been working at NCR full-time

    Pros

The company has positioned itself really well for future growth by concentrating on the Self Service market. Airport check-in kiosks, ATM's, self serve grocery lanes, etc. It's almost economy independent since every customer facing company is deploying technologies to reduce cost and streamline the user experience. NCR is leading that charge in many areas.

    Cons

Executive Management is not well regarded by most employees. The company continues to become more top heavy while not investing enough in the base.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be careful. When the economy improves, you may be looking at an exodus of the employees that keep the company running.
