paycheck. Equipment sold is very good and top notch, but you pay a price to work here and sell or support it. Systemedia is in flames.
Cons
terrible culture, turn over is huge. Nuti and company live large while they squeeze the rest of the employees. Almost everyone at NCR would agree. Support resources are very, very thin. Hours are long.
Advice to Senior Management
treat customers and employees better, listen to your employees, customers and the marketplace, not yourselves. Many are very out of tocuh with employees, custoerms and marketplace.
