It felt as if everyone were looking over their shoulder waiting to be axed for any reason.

Former Employee - Field Associate  in  Charlotte, NC
Former Employee - Field Associate in Charlotte, NC

Pros

Excellent employee benefits package and most at no cost or little or reduced rates.

Cons

I feel that the division (service on site) I worked in had been grossly oversold with SLA's that in no way could be humanly (humanely?) be achieved..

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do your homework. Know just how many mirror-fogging bodies you have before going into battle with your hands tied with SLA's.

Current Employee - Engineer in Duluth, GA

    Pros

Colleagues whom I can count on, generally interesting engineering tasks, a bit of schedule flexibility for taking kids to school and the like, personable, realistic, supportive immediate leadership.

    Cons

Dwindling benefits (not uncommon, but recent 401k changes are quite unfortunate), organizational challenges which discourage the best decision-making, spotty M&A, ever increasing schedule pressures as team sizes shrink, frequent organizational changes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Staff teams appropriately, restore 401k flexibility, be more approachable
