I have been working at NCR full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    The pay check doesn't bounce.

    Cons

NCR continues to cut people and benefits while demanding more from the few of us that still work here. Pay raises and bonus are practically never seen, if there is a bonus you’re lucky see whopping 1%!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try treating employees with respect. Bring back the 401K and Health care choices we had in the past, current options stink!
