Pros

Company vehicle, good coworkers, good TM

Cons

Pay rate, little to no free time, too much corporate metrics to deal with.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let the CE do their job without all these ridiculous metrics that only serve to screw every one up.

    Decent pay, decent insurance. Not the worst place I've worked.

    Depends on where you work and what your position is, but my job in particular does not pay enough for the amount of work required.

    I worked at NCR full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    none that are obviously apparrent

    Cons

    adversarial climate between Management and the workforce

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Share the wealth and cut about %40 of the nonessential personnel above TM ( Territory Manager) hire a second , third and weekend shift for the 365/24/7 contract customers and quit trying to squeeze the lower end employees.
