    Pros

job security since most projects are maintenance - boring but someone must do it (at low pay) less politics at the ground level since it is well understood that whatever you are doing, you will not be much better off anyway (read: promotion is super slow, salary is so small, bonus is max 2 months) Slack life. If you want to lead a peaceful and slow life with no prospect of professional advancement, this is THE place. Mom with few kids who is looking for extra money for fun, mediocre grad, foreigner who wants E Pass, etc ... THE good place for anyone but high fliers.

    Cons

Basically I can vouch for all the cons view expressed below to be true. The company is literally a hidden sweatshop at the heart of Singapore. Salary is pathetic, benefit is non existent and the company externalize many cost to employees. food around office is appalling. Inside office is not that cheap either (and still appalling) too reliant on government projects which have low margin low expectation on result + tight deadline ps: I believe anyone who said the salary is good must be either using fake account or come from third world countries where average salary is like $500

    Advice to Management

compensate well walk the talk promote people to exec level from within remember that fire-fighting is a sign of leadership failure cut the worthless units. e.g. I think you can easily cut HR by 80% and the company will still be fine. and please stop bidding for projects where "Competitors = NIL". At least have some decency NOT to announce it - so depressing.

    Advice to Management

ncs should be focusing to build product solutions rather than just following government tenders.
