Fine, Outsourced to School

Specialist, Operations (Former Employee)

ProsWork enviroment is relaxed, Peers are helpful, There are training programs to help staff get better.
Facilities are adequate. Management has very light touch.

ConsManagement is not in touch with ground level. Lots of Politicking , Lots of Foreign employees. Benefits are quite minimal at my level. High Turnover rate. Morale is quite low

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your staff more, Cutting cost doesn't mean cutting down on manpower and hiring just bodies. Hope that Management can talk to its staff more.

Pros: job security since most projects are maintenance - boring but someone must do it (at low pay) less politics at the ground level since it is… Cons: Basically I can vouch for all the cons view expressed below to be true. The company is literally a hidden sweatshop at the heart of Singapore. Salary… Advice to Senior Management: compensate well walk the talk promote people to exec level from within remember that fire-fighting is a sign of leadership failure cut the worthless units. e.g. I think… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
