    Contract basis and little to no progression oppotunities.

    I have been working at NCS full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    stable source of IT projects
    canteen and cafe offer delicious yet afforable menu
    Prata is good and cheap
    Pay decent if can get permanent position instead of contract
    Gym Facilities and perks from Singtel

    Cons

    Unrealistic deadlines , weekend deployments frequent
    Prata sometimes need to queue
    Average pay for contract position

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    team leaders should be more technical focused instead of pure delegation , lack of innovation and efficiency in solving problems especially those when need to change certain operational processes
