    Good as a stepping stone and for it's non-pay benefits.

    Contract basis and little to no progression oppotunities.

    Time to cut down on the mid-management.

    Great as a stepping stone. Great experience. Not advisable to stay too long especially if you are recently graduated.

    I have been working at NCS full-time

    Pros

    Lots of exposure due to many big government projects

    Cons

    Terrible compensation package
    No real recognition for good work
    Mid management lily gilds everything, makes them look good, makes upper management feel good, employees suffer.
    Never hear or see senior management do anything.
    Lots of lip service pep talks and perks
    Customers first, rank and file employees expendable
    Management afraid to say no to customers, employees suffer overtime for it.
    Extremely short term minded management.

    Entire company culture and habits needs to change.
