Pros

quite a relaxing company, many opportunity

Cons

unfortunately there are few bosses which don't have a good leadership, it's all due to favoritism. people who is not under the favoritism pool would not get promoted and trains.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

the timelog system is killing the company, the top management and the ceo should learn how to do business instead of politics.

Former Contractor - Senior Applications Consultant in Singapore (Singapore)

I worked at NCS as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    1. though base salary is not as per industry standards, based on the performance bonus will compensate (for direct contracts and permanent staff)
    2. benefits like dinner if you work late and can claim for taxi
    3. good training opportunities.
    4. exposure to latest technologies

    Cons

it starts with bidding projects with low price and less time. ultimately pressure will come on to engineers.

all pros comes at the expense of losing personal time with family. and this can't be generalized. it depends on the phase the project is in.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
