I have been working at NDS Surgical Imaging

Pros – There are small pockets of great and smart people in customer service, engineering and manufacturing that are a real pleasure to work with. Compensations is fair

Cons – Management across the board is somewhat dysfunctional. There is generally a lack of thought leadership and mistakes are compounded by a lack of planning, industry or technology trend knowledge. At times it appears that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The continuing declining revenue is concerning and it is effecting company moral

Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be some changes at the senior level to improve the way the business is run. Rigid process for process sake is not an effective way to run a company in tough times.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
