Consthere was too much overtime & generally not needed if the staff was managed properly

Advice to Senior ManagementGet managers in there, not people paid to be managers. They need someone that actually knows how to manage.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    My worst job experience ever!

    Truck Driver (Former Employee)

I worked at NFI Industries full-time for more than a year

Pros: Decent Money but with its own "costs." Cons: Crummy health insurance, Managment sucks, Forced dispatch, Useless dispatchers, Unorganized. They had me drive during hurricane Sandy until a state trooper forced me off… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
