“NGK Engineer”
Former Employee – worked at NGK Spark Plugs
Pros – Very nice people to work with. Both management and team members are fun to be around.
Cons – Pay is the biggest negative. Also, there isn't much to do in the area. There are vey limitied promotion opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase compensation to bring in good talent.
