    Pros

Great perks such as nice people, decent salary, laid back work environment.

    Cons

Depends on individual IC if you can telework, boring, repetitive work, too much politics.

NIH was a great experience and for those fortunate enough to be invited to work there, I highly recommend that you do.

I have been working at NIH as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Very flexible hours and consistent with the nature of research, the amount you work really depends on how much you have to do for your experiment that day.

    Cons

Bethesda is really far from where I live and 495 is very prone to become heavily congested during rush hour. (do not go into the city...worst traffic jams I have ever seen because fools decide to turn into the intersection right before the left-turn signal turns red)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I am in no position to advise the management.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
