I have been working at NIKE as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Discounted product is amazing, but the best deals are only saved for actual employees, contractors not included. Really cant beat access to the Beaverton employee store!

    Cons

The "this is how we have always done it" approach still rules, just wish the organization was as innovative as their products. Contractors are definitely held at a disadvantage and if you want that illusive "black badge" be prepared to take a lot of steps back in your career to get it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Source quality external candidates instead of promoting mediocrity from within
