Pros

Youthful culture, if you can work on campus it's a fun place. Off of the main campus, not so much.

Cons

Cliqueish, sometimes it reminds me of high school. If you are not one iof the 'cool kids' it doesn't matter how hard or well you work and conversely, if you are one of the 'cool kids' it doesn't matter how poorly you perform

Beware of echo chambers. I see it all the time, senior management surrounds themselves with people who agree with them, never having an idea or approach challenged is often dangerous when reality intrudes...
