ProsIt's Nike. Best culture of any company....ever.

ConsThe company is too big and is best suited to be broken into smaler units. Also, you cannot claim ownership of ANYTHING! Get used to that, or go somewhere else. and 80/20 rule applies - 20% of the people make 80% of the $. It's impossible to find your way in this company unless another Sr. employee looks out for you.
