Pros

Beautiful campus. great benefits including sample sales. Employee groups for African Americans, Asian Americans, Disabled, Native Americans, Latinos/Latinas, and Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual, transgender peoples. Two fitness centers, two cafeterias with really good food, a pub, a fancy dining room, and a more casual dinning room on campus. Growth opportunities

Cons

Can get stuck in a department and not be able to advance or move laterally. Has layoffs due to economy or project failure. Some technical people work 60+ hours per week.

Advice to Management

Set up realistic and supported professional development programs administered by someone other than employee's direct supervisor.

    Pros

Great location & great campus with lots of creative people.

    Cons

Not a lot of interest in keeping anyone working on contract no matter how well you are doing your job and not a lot of feedback when in that position either.

  2. Great campus, fun work culture, great perks if you love sports!
