NIKE – “Great time, but could be better”

Pros

As everyone probably knows, the environment there is amazing. A true college-like campus, with countless amenities such as two gyms, outdoor basketball court, putting green, soccer fields, running trails, a great cafeteria, etc...

Cons

Many people are looking out for themselves making it a very cutthroat atmosphere. If you know the right people job advancement is pretty easy, but if you don't good luck being stuck in one spot. It's also sometimes hard to get the simplest task accomplished because you have to go through so many different departments to do so.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to spend more time guiding the interns and new employees as a whole. Obviously, I'm not saying you need to babysit them, but try to get them involved and help them get acclimated..
