Pros

Nice campus to work at. Good progress on sustainability and CR. Positive comments from others when they hear I work at Nike. Good discounts at the employee store.

Cons

Very political place to work. Management tends to micro-manage projects. The general culture is a grind, Nike is not a fun place to work.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to encourage a culture of fun. Try to cut the level of bureaucracy that exists. Do a better job of making the CFE process work.
