Nice geographical area
Good cafeteria
Nice gym
Plenty of parking (on North Side at least)

Cons

No career advancement based on performance
Employees expected to take on more responsibilities without compensation
Lack of communication from Management as to the direction of the company
Management response to direct questions is filled with nothing but corporate double speak, buzz words and catch phrases

Advice to Senior Management

You need to promote, demote and yes, even sometimes fire someone, based on actual work and not how well they pucker up
