NIKE – “A truly wonderful experience”

Pros

The Nike campus is an unreal place to work. As an intern i felt my ideas and contributions were valued and i quick was place in a posisiton where I was doing day to day work, as opposed to busy work. You receive a lot of free Nike product also and pay is better than most design internships.

Cons

There seems to be a level of clique-i-ness on the campus where certain groups and accounts that work on high profile projects receive way more attention than others.

Advice to Senior Management

Push for more conceptual projects on accounts where it is hard to easily develop products of this nature. Push back against marketers more.
