I have been working at NIKE full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Nike is a great place to work if you are looking for a team atmosphere in the workplace. There is always opportunities to go to events with people from work. Plus the discount is pretty hard to beat.

Cons

Not a huge opportunity for growth in the company unless you position yourself in Oregon. A lot of the managers have been shifting around departments for years and will never get higher in the company ranks. Also while the discount is great, it is a shame that there aren't more sale opportunities for the people who spend most of their checks back into the company.
